Welcome to from-Scraps-to-Art, the club to help you with any problems you might meet when creating your beautiful art!

:About:

This is a club to help you who are stuck with your art. By posting your sketches or WIP's here, you can get feedback and help from other members.

:How to Join:

1. Watch the club (remember to watch our Scraps as well, as the most unfinished deviations will most likely be placed here)
2. Send us a note with the subject "join"
3. You will recive a confirmation note, and we will add you to our member list. Now you're free to send in your submissions

:How to submit:

* Upload your sketch to your gallery/scraps, send us a note with the subject "submission", with a link to your deviation, and we will post it here and link to the original so that people can help you with any problem you might have.
* If there's anything special you want help with, you can add that in the note so we can put it in the description.

* Managed to get help with your picture, but got stuck somewhere else? You can send a link to the updated picture in a note (subject: "updated submission"), and we will update and let people know.

*Managed to get help and finish your picture? Great! If you want to you can send us an other note (subject: "finished art") with a link to the finished picture, and we can add this to the gallery to show everyone how you managed to finish your art (PS: we only accept finished art that you've earlier submitted to us as WiP/scraps)

:Redlines:

Redlines are a way to help people with their art. Redlining means tracing a picture (usually with red lines) to show how you best think to correct thinks like anatomy etc in the picture.
You can read more info here, or if you have a Livejournal, you can also join the redline_this community.

We do not accept redlined pictures in our gallery. The reason we mention this in this journal is to give you ideas how you can more easily help others to improve their art. If you redline someones art, send it to them, not us.

:Rules:

* Only club members can submit images to the from-Scraps-to-Art gallery.
* We do not allow favs in our club, as you're the one to get credit for your art, not us.
* We allow all types of drawn art, wether it's traditional, digital, paintings, etc.
* By submitting images for the from-Scraps-to-Art gallery, you are granting from-Scraps-to-Art permission to add those images to its gallery and display them (as thumbnails) in journals, shoutboard entries, and other normal account-related features.
